Pendulum squat

The Mac Strength Pendulum Squat machine offers users a great way to isolate various leg muscles whilst reducing pressure on the lower back. This machine has a counter balance mechanism which allows users to offset weight easily and work to their own capabilities.

The footrest on this machine is also adjustable and angled in a manner which allows users to preform deeper squats.

This product comes in a boxed crate and light assembly is required. As it comes in parts it can then be brought through doorways etc to be assembled in any space. Full instructions are included. Many customers choose to build these as the larger parts are pre built and require only light assembly.
