Beta Alanine is completely tasteless, so simply add 1.6g (approximately one 2.5ml measure) to your water or shake and mix.
Training days: Take one serving 20-30 mins before workout, and another serving immediately after workout with your favourite post-workout shake. Take a third serving with a meal.
Non-training days: Take three times daily with meals.
