The Mac Strength chest supported T bar row is designed to allow the user to isolate the lats and upper back area. This machine is cleverly designed to adapt to the natural biomechanics of any users size or shape.
Footplate height adjustment for various users height and easy width adjustment handles first provide a perfect placement for the user to target the upper or mid back region. Couple this with rotating handles for complete isolation and you have a monstrous pump!

This product comes in a boxed crate and light assembly is required. As it comes in parts it can then be brought through doorways etc to be assembled in any space. Full instructions are included. Many customers choose to build these as the larger parts are pre built and require only light assembly.
